Annual Sporting Event Benefits Mental Health

By attending or supporting the Great Lakes Bay Area Celebrity Game this year, people can take part of incredible work of The B#4 Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention through education, outreach, advocacy, and community service. The foundation started in 2023 to honor young, talented athlete Brady Hesbrook’s life, legacy, and silent struggle with depression and anxiety. Their mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage open conversations, and connect individuals with the help they need:”B4 you give up hope, B4 you hurt yourself and those who love you, B4 you made a mistake you can’t undo, please reach out and ask for help. The world is better with you in it.” The first-ever Celebrity All-Star Game started its season in 2014 with the Tri-City WELS Men’s Basketball League. In 2015, the event started a mission to raise funds for charity. Over the years, their efforts have made a significant impact, raising over $32,000! While the men’s league has since stopped play, the tradition continues with coordination by Michael Priebe and is now known as The Great Lakes Bay Area Celebrity Game. White Orthodontics is excited to present the 2026 GLBA Celebrity Game, played on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Michigan Lutheran Seminary.
