What Is Grin?
Grin is a doctor-designed virtual care platform built specifically for orthodontic patients. Using the Grin Scope — an FDA-registered intraoral imaging device — you can capture detailed images of your teeth at home and send them directly to Dr. White and our team for review (we have a dedicated “Grin Guru” just for you!). It’s a quick virtual check-in with your Saginaw orthodontist.
How It Works
Getting started with Grin is simple:1. Receive your Grin Scope. Your Grin Scope easily attaches to your smartphone and captures high-quality images of your teeth and your bite — giving Dr. White the same level of visibility he’d have in the office.
2. Scan from home. Using the Grin app, you’ll complete a quick scan on a schedule set by Dr. White. It takes only a few minutes each week.
3. Dr. White reviews your progress. Our team reviews your scans using Grin’s AI-powered 3D Treatment Tracker, which monitors your tooth movement and fit of your Invisalign aligners in real time and compares it against your personalized treatment plan.
4. Our team follows up. If everything looks great, we’ll let you know with a message in the app— and if any adjustments are needed, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps or schedule an in-office visit. You have direct access to our team of Grin Care Specialists— real people— dedicated to your personal orthodontic care.
